Our styles are fairly generous in length and we try to include an elastic waist in all our designs to allow room for growth.

Our Size Guide will assist in finding the right size for you. The guide is in children's sizes but as a guide, The Teen Age is a size 8/10 adult.

Our clothes are not made in bulk by machines. They are hand sewn with care by real people so the quality is exceptional and the attention to detail is just something a factory cannot reproduce.

Our fabrics are chosen for their softness, quality and breathability. We do not use polyester because we want your teen to be comfortable all day long. We also want to use beautiful fabrics so your pieces last for years and can be passed on. We don't want them disintegrating after a few washes.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return within 21 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:

The item(s) must be in original condition and packaging, with tags attached. 

Sale items are non-refundable. A store credit in the form of a coupon code will be issued if you choose to return any sale purchases.

Direct exchanges are only available for Australian customers only.

If you return your item for a store credit or exchange we will waive the cost of return shipping and provide a return shipping label complimentary. 

If you decide to return your order for a refund, you will be required to pay for your own shipping costs. We will deduct a flat rate of $10.00 from your refund and provide you with a return shipping label.

We ship worldwide for a $30 flat rate and offer FREE shipping on orders over $500.

The Teen Age is not responsible for any duties or taxes charged by the country to which your order is shipped. Please be advised that your mail carrier may request additional payment upon delivery.

You will be required to pay for your own shipping costs if you decide to return your order, we do not cover international return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as The Teen Age takes no responsibility in tracking your return.

You are welcome to return your sale item for a store credit. This will be provided to you in the form of a coupon code which you can use for your next online purchase.

We are very careful to check the quliaty of all our orders prior to shipping, but should you receive it in less than perfect condition, please send us an email with a photo within 7 days of receiving your item. Once we have evaluated the situation, we will contact you with a solution.

Upon receipt of the returned goods, your items will be checked to make sure they meet the conditions above and once approved, you will receive a refund or credit note for the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. If you paid with a gift card, you will be refunded to that same gift card and will be able to re-use the original unique code towards your next purchase. 

You will receive email notification of the status of your refund once finalised. We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items. The Teen Age is not liable for the loss of items being returned. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
