We totally understand that your teen can sometimes be a teeny bit fussy, so we are more than happy if you need to return an item. Just get in touch with us within 7 business days of the dispatch date.  To help make the process as smooth as possible, make sure you keep everything in its original condition including tags.

We recommend you return the package via Registered Post and that you prepay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. The Teen Age will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

We know that sometimes things just don’t quite fit. We are happy to exchange any item within 7 business days after it has been dispatched. Because we only produce small batches of each of our styles, we suggest that your daughter pops on each item to check sizing as soon as possible. That way, if something doesn't quite fit, we can check availability of the size you are after before it runs out. Drop us an email at sales@theteenage.com.au and we will get onto it quick smart.

In order to improve sustainability, we proudly choose to manufacture all our styles in small batch productions. If a style runs out, it should be restocked within 6-8 weeks after they have sold out. To make sure you don't miss out again, sign up to our newsletter to be notified as soon as your items are back in stock.

Easy. If it's not dirty, don't wash it. If it is dirty, we recommend spot cleaning stains, washing with cold water using an eco-laundry detergent and line dry, but for specific instructions, follow the instructions on the care label.
